iron rod being in the Intersection of the South line of Ireland Street and the West line of Old
Windthorst Rood;
THENCE S 00' 02' W with the West line of Old Windthorst Road, a distance of 141.84 feet to
an iron rod found at the Southeast comer of Lot 32;
THENCE S 89' 28' W a distance of 121.96 feet to an 'x" set in concrete for the Southwest
comer of Lot 31;
THENCE North with the West line of Lot 31, a distance of 142.14 feet to a spike in concrete
found in the South line of Ireland Street for the Northwest comer of Lot 31;
THENCE N 89' 36' E with the North line of Lot 31, a distance of 61.17 feet to an iron rod in
concrete found at the Northwest comer of Lot 32;
THENCE N 89. 38' E with the North line of Lot 32, a distance of 60.86 feet to the PLACE
OF BEGINNING and containing 0.398 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
thereon and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of
the public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public
