WHEREAS Dan Watson is the owner of Lots 22 and 23, Block 1-A, Park Village
Addition, Wichita Falls, Texas, described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron rod found at the Northwest corner of Lot 23, Block 1-A, Park Village
Addition, as recorded in Volume 27, Page 167, Wichita County Plat Records, said point
being at the intersection of the East line of Harris Lane and the South Line of Nunn Street,
THENCE with the East line of Harris Lane S 000 29' E a distance of 171.4 feet to the
Southwest corner of Lot 22, Block 1-A, Park Village Addition, as shown on plat recorded
at Volume 23, Page 95, Wichita County Plat Records;
THENCE N 890 31' E, at 0.15 feet pass an iron rod on East side of a water meter, and
continuing on same course, in all a distance of 145.0 feet to an iron rod found at the
Southeast corner of Lot 22,
THENCE N 00' 32' W a distance of 149.56 feet to an iron rod found at the Northeast corner
of Lot 23;
THENCE with the South line of Nunn Street, N 81 ° 55' W a distance of 146.5 feet to the
PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0,53 acre of land, more or less.
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is
subscribed thereon and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to
the use of the public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and
public places thereon shown for the purposes and considerations therein expressed.
