A tract of land out of the J. R. Cook Survey No. 13, A-40, Wichita County, Texas,
said tract being more commonly known as Block 4, Park Village Addition, an addi-
tion to the city of Wichita Falls, Texas, and being more specifically described
by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at a �" iron rod at the intersection of the north right-of-way line
of Nunn Street and the east right-of-way line of Harris Lane, said �" iron rod
being the southwest corner and place of beginning of this description;
Thence North 00° 09' East 154.98 feet along said east right-of-way line of
Harris Lane to a �" iron rod for the northwest corner of the herein described
tract and also being the southwest corner of Lot 1, Block 2, Sunset Terrace,
Section One, an addition to the city of Wichita Falls;
Thence South 82. 17' East 495.90 feet along the most southerly line said
Block 2, Sunset Terrace, Section One, an addition to the city of Wichita Falls, to
a �" iron rod for the northeast corner of the herein described tract and also being
the southeast corner of Lot 6, Block 2, Sunset Terrace, Section One;
Thence South 00. 25' West 162.18 feet to a -I" iron rod lying in said north
right-of-way line of Nunn Street, for the southeast corner of this tract;
Thence along said north right -of. -way line of Nunn Street, North 810 26' West
495.35 feet to the place of beginning and containing 1.79 acres, more or less.
