BEGINNING at a point in the East Right -of -Way line of Harris Lane which bears S 00°29' E 4.0 feet
from the Northwest corner of Lot 4, Block 3, Park Village Addition also being the Southwest corner of
Lot 5, Block 3, Park Village Addition;
THENCE N 89031' E - 145.0 feet to a point for the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 00029' E - 225.0 feet to a point for the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 89031' W 145.0 feet to a point in the East Right -of -Way line of Harris Lane and the West
line of said Park Village Addition;
THENCE N 00029' W along the East line at Harris Lane and the West line of said Park Village Addition
225.0 feet to the Place of Beginning and containing 0.749 acres of land.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and in person or through
a duly authorized agent hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets, alleys, parks,
