Beginning at the Northwest corner of Block Two of
Kemp and Newby Subdivision of Cherokee County School Land,
Abstract No. 33, Wichita County, Texas;
Thence South along the best line of said Block Two
for a distance of 1092.7 feet to a point;
Thence East 1u0 feet to a point;
Thence North 60 feet to a point;
Thence N 791-40'E 180 feet to a point; 26'
Thence N 100-341E 11', feet to a point,
Thence N 78°-36'E 'i .;, feet to a point;
Thence N 75°-12'E 249.4 feet to a point;
Thence N 83°-241E 164.5 feet to a point;
Thence N 11°-OO'W 201.8 feet to a point;
Thence N 4'-31'E 159.7 feet to a point in the
North line of Block Two of Cherokee Counter School Land;
Thence West along said North line 1293.2 feet to the
place of beginning.
Now therefore be it known that we do adopt this flat
designating; the hereinabove property as Hursh Estates, First
Section and we do dedicate to public use forever the Streets,
Alleys and Easements shown thereon.
