certain tract of land situated in Wichita County, Texas and described
as follows:
35.68 acres, more or less, out of the Walter Harvey Survey, Abstract
96, Certificate 47 lescribed by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at a point in the most southern West line of the Walter
Harvey Survey, where same intersects the center line of a public
road for the southwest corner of this tract; Thence North 0 (leg, 25
min. West along a fence line 8.18 feet to a point in the center of a
drainage -latch for the northwest corner of this tract; Thence along
the center line of said drainage ditch with its meanders as follows;
