A tract of lend out of Block 4, Section A. Sikes Estates Subdivision, an addition to the City of
Wichita Falls, Texas located in Wichita County, Texas, said tract also being further identified as being
out of the J.A. Scott Survey No. 7; said tract being more specifically described by metes and bouno, as follows:
Beginning at the most Southerly corner of Block 4 of said Sikes Estates Subdivision said point
being further identified as lying in the East right-of-way line of Elmwood Drive and the North right-of-
way line of Amherst Drive;
Thence North 590 24' East along the North line of Amherst Drive a distance of 150 feet to the
Southeast corner of Lot 3, Block 4, Sikes Estate, Section A, said point also being the Southwest corner
of the herein described tract and place of beginning of this description;
Thence North 300 28' West along the East side of the above mentioned Lot 3, a distance of 120.'00
