Beginning at a point for the Southwesl corner of said Lot 2, said point being the
Southwest corner of Lot J. of said Block 17, said point also being in the Northwest
right-of-way line of the City Aqueduct;
Thence South 590 24' West 106.5 feet along the said Northwest right -of -ray line of
the City Aqueduct to the Southwest corner of Lot 2;
Thence North 350 40' West 195.5 feet to a point for the Northwest corner of said
