BEGINNING at an Iron rod found at the South corner of Lot 36, Block 1, Sikes Estates, Unit
1, Section G. as recorded in Volume 27, Pages 1017 and 1018, Wichita County Plat Records,
said rod being at the Intersection of the Northwest line of Taft Boulevard and the East line
of a 100.0 foot Texas Electric Service Company right-of-way, for the South corner of this
tract;
THENCE N 20. 34' 56" W, with the West line of said Lot 36 and the East line of said
T.E.S.Co. tract, a distance of 189.08 feet to an iron rod found at the Northwest corner of
said Lot 36. for the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE with the North line of said Lot 36 as follows: N 85' 20' 21" E a distance of 118.49
feet to an iron rod found at an angle corner of said Lot 36; S 09' 19' 26" W a distance of
14.32 feet to an iron rod set at an angle corner of said Lot 36; and S 76. 50' 23" E a
distance of 117.28 feet to an iron rod found at the East corner of said Lot 36, said rod
being in the Northwest line of Taft Boulevard, for the East corner of this tract;
THENCE with the Southeast line of said Lot 36 and the Northwest line of Taft Boulevard as
follows: S 50' 10' 52" W a distance of 29.77 feet to an iron rod found at the beginning of a
curve to the left having a radius of 1050.12 feet; Southwesterly with said curve to the left
an arc distance of 172.12 feet (Chord = S 49' 02' 07" W - 171.93 feet) to an iron rod
found at the end of said curve; and S 37' 37' 40" W a distance of 17.71 feet to the PLACE
OF BEGINNING and containing 0.47 acre of land.
THEREFORE, the owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
hereto and in person or through a duly authorized agent hereby dedicates to the use of the
public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements on public places
thereon shown for the purpose and consideration therein expressed and fu er warrants that
it has lawful authority to make such dedications.
