Scott Survey Number 7, Abstract 295, Wichita County, Texas, and more specifically described by metes and bounds as follows: Beginning at a 1/2-inch iron rod in the south right-of-way line of Taft Boulevard, a city street originally dedicated as "Lake Park Drive' and renamed by City Ordinance No. 3-2002, said iron rod bears North 44'40'55" East 4816.85 feet from the southwest comer of said J. A. Scott Survey, for the northeast corner of that certain 13.55-acre tract of land deeded to William Sprangler and described as "Tract II" in Volume 1059, Page 714 of the Wichita County Deed Records, and the northwest comer of that certain 11.7-acre tract of land deeded to J. I. and Edythe Ginnings as recorded in Volume 1355.
