BEGINNING at a 4 inch steel pipe fence corner being the point of intersection of the east right-of-way line
of Lake Park Drive, a dedicated city street, and the north right-of-way line of the Holliday Creek Drainage
Channel, a dedicated city drainage facility, and bearing NORTH 35'05'15" EAST 1,581.17 feet from the
southwest corner of said Scott Survey for the southwest corner and PLACE OF BEGINNING of this tract;
THENCE in a

the east right-of-way line of said Lake Park Drive and along a curve

THENCE SOUTH 65'23'25" EAST along the south line of said Likins Addition, at 190.50 feet pass the

Deed Records, and continuing along that some course for a total distance of 279.44 feet to a 4 inch steel
