Thence leaving said south right-of-way line, South 15'34'09" West along the west line of sold Lot 29-
A, 151.78 feet to a 1/2 inch iron rod for the southwest corner of said Lot 29-A and the southeast corner of
this tract;
Thence leaving the west line of said Lot 29-A, North 76'50'14" West, 31.70 feet to a 1/2 inch iron rod
in the east line of Lot 28 of said Block 1 for an angle point In the south line of this tract;
Thence North 16'22'37" East, along the east line of said Lot 28, 11.56 feet to a 1/2 inch iron rod for
an angle point In the east line of said Lot 28 and an angle point In the south line of this tract;
Thence North 39'03'12" West, along the east line of said Lot 28, 59.50 feet to a 1/2 Inch iron rod lying
in the right-of-way line of Canyon Creek, a dedicated cul-de-sac, for the northeast comer of said Lot 28 and
