THENCE 112.52 feet along a curve to the right having a central angle of 05033128" and a 1160.0 feet
radius to a 3/8" iron reinforcint, rod found at a point of compound curvature; long chord of

(HENCE 217.42 feet along, a curve to the right having a central angle of 141028'18" and a 88.055
feet radius to a 3J8" iron reinforcing rod found at a point of tangency
