BEGINNING at an iron rod at the Southwest corner of Lot 3, Block 13, Sikes Estates Section I'D" as shown
on the Plat recorded at Volume 8, Page 73, Wichita County Plat Records;
THENCE S 89051' E - 309.6 feet to the Northwest corner of Sikes Estates Section "F-l" as shown on the Plat
recorded at Volume 3, Pages 197A and 197B, Wichita County Plat Records;
THENCE with the West line of Section "F-l" as follows; S 15°58'30" E - 181.9 feet and S 42053' E - 91.8 feet
to the Northwest corner of Lot 13A, Block 14 as shown on Replat recorded at Volume 23, Page 33, Wichita County
Plat Records;
THENCE S 33006' W 106.5 feet to the Southwest corner of Lot 13A;
THENCE Northwesterly with a curve to the left having a radius of 249.1 feet for a distance of 10 feet;
THENCE S 33028'30" W - 141.3 feet to the Original West Line of Section "F-l"',
THENCE with the West line of Section "F-l" as follows; S 16°14' E - 92.5 feet, S 08°13' E - 170.1 feet,

S 21°02' E - 123.9 feet to a point on a curve whose center point bears N 18°11' W - 129,86 feet, THENCE
Northeasterly with said curve to the left havin,3 a radius of 129.86 feet for an arc distance of 51.1 feet,
THENCE S 42012'30" E - 210.25 feet to the Southwest corner of Section "F-l";
THENCE with North line of City Aqueduct, S 38°19' W - 594.0 feet to the East line of Texas Electric Service
Company tract;
THENCE with Texas Electric East line, N 20°43' W - 89.6 feet to the beginning of a curve to the right having
a radius of 2815 feet;
THENCE with said curve to the right for an arc distance of 1025.2 feet;
THENCE with Texas Electric East line, N 00°09' E - 853.0 feet to the Place of Beginning, and containing
14.510 acres of land.
