of Lot 1, Block C. Galloway Acres Subdivision and being more spec if i caI ly described by metes and
bounds as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of Block 9, Wichita Gardens Homestead; said corner is
called to bear 1000 feet North and 230 feat West of the Southeast corner of the above mentioned
David Welch Survey;
Thence Sotlth 630 55' West 138.7 feet along the South line of Lot 3. Block C. Galloway Acres;
thence North 26 05' West along the East line of Wyneth Drive, at 240.8 feet, passing the South
corner of Lot : Block C, Galloway Acres, a total distance of 300.8 feet to the most Southerly
corner of the herein described tract, said point being a point of curvature in the East right-of-
way lime of Wyneth Drive, and the place of beginning of this description:
Thence along the East right-of-way line of Wyneth Drive along a 14.624 degree curve to the
left a distance of 60.56 feet to the most Westerly corner of Lot 1, Block C. Galloway Acres;
thence North 630 55' East along the Morbhwast line of said Lot 1 a distance of 157.76 feet to its
most Northerly corner; thane South 21 N9' East along the East line of said Lot 1 a distance of
60.53 feet; thence South 63 55' West a distance of 148.5E feet to the place of beginning And
containing 0.212 acres, more or less.
