the David Welch Survey, A-324, Wichita County, Texas, said Beverly Industrial Disvict Subdivision is shown on a plat filed in Volume 6, Page 61 in
the plat records and described in Vol. 585, Page 588 in the deed records of Wichiti County, Texas, said lots, tracts or parcels are described as
follows:
of Lots I and 2, Block One;

All of Lot 1, the East 7.n ft. of Lot 2,
The West 23.0 ft. of Lot 4, All or Lot 5,
All of Lot 6, the West 23.0 ft. of Lot 7,

All of Lots I through 8, Block Four.

L. R. Scheurer, eta], the owner of the above described property wishes to replat III, Lion of the Beverly Industrial District Subdivision which
shall be entitled "A REPLAT OF A PORTION OF THE BEVERLY INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT SUBDRY.11
And Whereas L. R. Scheurer, eta], is the owner of all properties adjacent to and e+tted by the streets "Westmoor Avenue" and "Eastmoor Avenue,"
and the City of Wichita Falls has no further need for these right-of-ways, they a n0rein abandoned and omitted from this replat.
The owner of land shown on this replat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and in Hon or through a duly authorized agent hereby dedicates to
the use of the public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, ts, and public places, thereon shown for the purpose and
consideration expressed.
