Whereas I,L.R. Bloodworth being the duly authorized
Agent for Mary Lillian Singleton and Singleton Addition,
Owners of certain tracts of land described as follows:

Tract One:
Beginning at a point in the North boundary line of
Texas F.N. Highway No. 369 from which said point the South—
east corner of J.A. Scott Survey No. 8 bears S 800-5011E 1812'
feet and South 16 feet;
Thence N 80°-50'tV along the North right of way line
of said highway 653 feet to a point; N 9•-10'E 57 feet to a point;
Thence Northeasterly along a curve to the right with
radius of 1160.6 feet for a distance of 125.3 feet to the
end of curve;
Thence N 640-091E 378.1 feet to a point;
Thence S 25•-51'E 430.4 feet to the place of beginning.
Tract Two:
Beginning at a point in the South line of J.A. Scott
Survey No. 8 and 1383.5 feet West of the Southeast corner of
same;
Thence West 1910 feet to a point;
Thence North 434.4 feet to a point in the South right
of way line of State F.M. Highway No. 369;
Thence S 80°-50'E along said right of way line 1955
feet to a point;
Thence S 90-101W 126 feet to the place of beginning.

Now therefore, know all men by these presents that
I, L.R. Bloodworth acting for the hereinabove named owners,
do adopt this plat desighating the hereinabove described
property as Singleton Addition Section 3, and I hereby
dedicate to the public use forever the streets alleys and
easements shown thereon.
Witness my hand at Wichita Falls, Texas this the
First day of August 1956.
