and being further described by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at a point which bears North 16.0 feet and North 800 50' West 2465.0 feet
from the Southeast corner of the said J. A. Scott Survey No. B, said point also being
the intersection of the North right-of-way line of Southwest Parkway (F. M. 369) and
the East right-of-way line of Lake Park Drive;
Thence along the siad East right-of-way line of Lake Park Drive as follows: North
090 10 East 57.0 feet to a point in a curve for the Northwest corner of this tract;
in a Northeasterly direction along a 4.980 degree curve to the right 125.3 feet to a
