said point being on a curve to the left having a radius of 739.1 feet and a central angle of 000 33';
THENCE in an Easterly direction with the curved South line of Hunt Street an arc distance of 7.1 feet to
end of said curve;
THENCE N 810 40' E 23.5 feet to the beginning of a curve to the right having a radius of 907.03 feet and
a central angle cf 010 51' 26";
THENCE in an Easterly direction with said curve to the right a distance of 29.4 feet to the PLACE OF
BEGINNING.
