County Four League Grant, A-81, Wichita County, Texas and being more specifi-
cally described by metes and bounds as follows.
Beginning at a point in the North line of saitl Block 4 and in the South
right-of-way line of 38th Street, said point bears North 89°52 East 50.0 feet
from the Northwest corner of said Block 4:
Thence North 890 52' East 448.6 feet along the North line of said Block
4 and the South right-of-way line of 38th Street to a point for the Northeast
corner of this tract, said point being the Northwest corner of Lot 1, Block 5,

Thence South 345.0 feet to a point for the Southeast corner of this tract,
