Whereas Tower Corporation, a corporation is the Owner of a certain tract
of land situated in Block A, Dittoe Heights Subdivision, an Addition to the City
of Wichita Falls, Wichita County, Texas, described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the West line, S02'-06' W, 347.1 feet from the
NorthwdSt corner of Block A, Dittoe Heights Subdivision, An Addition
to the City of Wichita Falls, Wichita County, Texas;
THENCE. S. 87°-54' E, 150.0 feet to a point;
THENCE S. 020-06' W, 100.0 feet to a point;
THENCE S. 71°-58' W, 159.8 feet to a point on the West line of said
Block A;
THENCE N. 020-06' E, with the West line of said Block A, 155.0 feet
to the place of beginning and containing 0.439 acres.
Now therefore know all men by these presents that Tower Corporation does
adopt this plat designating the hereinabove described property as Lot 1, Block A,
Dittoe Heights Subdivision, an Addition to the City of Wichita Falls, Texas and
hereby dedicates to the public use forever the easement shown thereon.
