WHEREAS, Jerry C. Page is the owner of a part of Lot 6, Blk A out of a Replat
of part of Tract A, Dittoe Heights and a portion of the Kemp and Newby Subdivision,
Wichita Falls, Wichita County Texas, as recorded in Plat Records, Volume 22, Page
138 and 139, being more specifically described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Northwest Corner of Lot 1, Blk A of the said Dittoe Heights
Subdivision, set a 1/2 inch reinforcing rod in the East right-of-way line of the
Old Jacksboro Iiighway.
THENCE North 118.4 feet along the East line of Old Jacksboro Hwy, to a 5/8 inch
reinforcing rod, in place,also being the Southwest corner of Lot 4, Block A of said
Dittoe Heights Subdivision.
THENCE South 89 degrees 57 minutes East 170.1 feet along the South line of the
above mentioned Lot 4, to its Southeast corner and the Northeast corner of this
tract, a 5/8 inch reinforcing rod, in place.
THENCE South 09 degrees 38 minutes West 120.07 feet, set a 1/2 inch reinforc-
ing rod at the Northeast corner of Lot-1, Block 21 of the Dittoe Heights Subdivision
also being the Southeast corner of this tract of land.
THENCE North 89 degrees 57 minutes West along the North line of the above men-
tioned Lot 1 to the place of beginning and containing 0.435 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the owners of the land shown on this plat and whose name is sub-
scribed thereto hereby dedicates to the public forever, all streets, alleys, parks,
water courses, drains, easements and public pl c a therein ekpwn for the purposes
