BEGINNING at an iron rod found on the East right—of—way line of South Fork
Drive, said rod being 113.1 feet Southerly from the intersection of the South
right—of—way line of L. B. Drive and the East right—of—way line of South Fork
Drive, said rod also being the Southwest corner of Lot 12, Block 12, University
Park, Section G, Unit 4, for the Northwest corner and PLACE OF BEGINNING of
this description;
THENCE N 87' 45' 13" E with the South line of said Lot 12, a distance of
120.04 feet to an iron rod found at the Southeast corner of said Lot 12, for
the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 02' 16' 37" E a distance of 63.02 feet to an iron rod set for the
Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 87' 43' 49" W, parallel to and 3.07 feet South of the South line of
said Lot 13, Block 12, a distance of 120.07 feet to an iron rod set for the
Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 02' 15' 06" W with the East right—of—way line of South Fork Drive, a
distance of 63.07 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.17 acre of

is subscribed thereon and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby
dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water
courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the purposes
