to an Iron rod found at the Southeast corner of said Lot 3, Block 3, sold rod being in the
West line of a previously dedicated 20 foot wide alley, for the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 02' 11' 37" W with the West line of sold 20 foot alley, a distance of 190.50 feet
to a found iron rod at the Southeast corner of sold Lot 6, Block 3, for the Southeast corner
of this tract;
THENCE S 87' 51' 00" W with the South line of said Lot 6, a distance of 120.21 feet to an
iron rod found at the Southwest corner of said Lot 6, said rod being in the East
right-of-way line of Cypress Avenue, for the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 02' 11' 37" W with the East line of Cypress Avenue, a distance of 190.50 feet to
the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.526 acre of land.

hereto and In person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the
public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places
