bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron rod found at the Northeast corner of Lot 11, Block 9, University Park,
Unit 3, Section G, as recorded in Volume 27, Page 1359, Wichita County Plat Records, said
rod also being the Northwest corner of Lot 10, Block 9, University Park, Unit 3, Section G, as
recorded in Volume 27, Page 1359, Wichita County Plat Records;
THENCE with the East line of said Lot 11 and the West line of said Lot 10, S 14' 49' 37" E a
distance of 120.00 feet to an iron rod found at the Southeast corner of said Lot 11 and the
Southwest corner of said Lot 10, said rod being in the North right-of-way line of Sunny
Brook Lane;
THENCE with the North right-of-way line of said Sunny Brook Lane, S 75' 10' 05" W a
distance of 46.96 feet to an iron rod found at the beginning of a curve to the left with a
radius of 140.00 feet;
THENCE continuing with the North line of Sunny Brook Lane Southwesterly along said curve an
arc distance of 61.19 feet to an iron rod found at the Southwest corner of Lot 12, University
Park, Unit 3, Section G, as recorded in Volume 27, Page 1359, Wichita County Plat Records
and the Southeast corner of Lot 13, University Park, Unit 3, Section G, as recorded in
Volume 27, Page 1359, Wichita County Plat Records (Chord = S 62' 40' 09" W - 60.70
feet);
THENCE leaving the North line of Sunny Brook Lane, N 40' 04' 38" W a distance of 147.29
feet to an iron rod found at the Northwest corner of said Lot 12 and the Easterly most
Northeast corner of said Lot 13;
THENCE with the North line of said Lots 11 and 12, N 75' 11' 42" E a distance of 169.05
feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.395 acre of land.
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
thereon and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of
the public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public
places thereon shown for the purposes and considerations therein expressed.
