right—of—way line of Sunnybrook Lane;
THENCE S 54' 42' 20" W with said North right—of—way line a distance of 52.81 feet to an iron rod
found at o point of curvature of this tract;
THENCE in a Southwesterly direction along said North right—of—way line and along a curve to the left
having a radius of 155.00 feet and a central angle of 29' 21' 46' (chord = S 40' 01' 40" W — 78.57
feet) for on arc distance of 79.43 feet to an iron rod found at a point of curvature of this tract;
THENCE in a Southwesterly to Northwesterly direction along the North right—of—way line of Sunnybrook
Lane, the East right—of—way line of Ridgecrest Lane, and along a curve to the right, having a radius of
15.00 feet and a central angle of 146' 40' 38" (chord = N 81' 12' 56" W — 28.74 feet) for an arc
distance of 38.40 feet to an iron rod found at a point of curvature of this tract;
THENCE in a Northerly direction along said East right—of—way line and along a curve to the right,
having a radius of 201.99 feet and a central angle of 11' 33' 31" (chord = N 01' 43' 00" W — 40.68
feet) for an arc distance of 40.75 feet to an iron rod set at a point of curvature of this tract;
THENCE in a Northerly direction along said East right—of—way line and along a curve to the left, having
a radius of 200.00 feet and a central angle of 18' 56' 14" (chord = N 05' 23' 00" W — 65.80 feet)
for an arc distance of 66.10 feet to an iron rod found at a point of curvature of this tract;
THENCE N 14' 51' 10" W along said East right—of—way line, at 9.04 feet pass an iron rod set, at 70.98
feet pass an iron rod set, and continuing on some course, in all a distance of 140.00 feet to the
PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.631 acres of land.
