Northeast corner and Place of Beginning of this description;
THENCE leaving the South right-of-way line of Carlene Drive, S 01' 39' E along the East line of
the above said Lot 15A, Block 7, a distance of 116.81 feet to a found iron rod at the
Southeast corner of said Lot 15A for the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 80' 17' W, a distance of 111.76 feet to a found iron rod at the Southwest corner of
the above said Lot 14A for the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE along the West line of said Lot 14A, Block 7, N 02' 18' W a distance of 111.38 feet to
an iron rod found in the above mentioned South right-of-way line of Carlene Drive at the

THENCE along the said South right-of-way line of Carlene Drive as follows:
N 75' 14' E a distance of 65.94 feet to an iron rod found at a point of curvature;
in a Northeasterly direction along a curve to the right, having a radius of 250.00 feet and a
central angle of 11' 02' 19", for an arc distance of 48.16 feet to an iron rod found at the
PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.296 acre of land.
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
thereon and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the
public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places
thereon shown for the purposes and considerations therein expressed.
