feet to an iron rod found for the Northeast corner of Lot 1 and the Northeast corner of
this tract;
THENCE S 14• 45' 45" E with the East line of Lot 1 and the West line of Ridgecrest
Drive, a distance of 120.00 feet to a iron rod found at the Southeast corner of Lot 1 for
the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 75' 14' 15" W a distance of 140.00 feet to an iron rod found at the
Southwest corner of the above mentioned Lot 2, for the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 14' 45' 45" W along the West line of said Lot 2, a distance of 120.00
feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.386 acre of land.
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
