THENCE N 68° 18' 00" E with the South line of said Lot 11 a distance of 135.00 feet to an iron
rod set at the Southeast corner of said Lot 11, said rod also being the Southwest corner of Lot
13--A, Block 7, Universtiy Park Section A-1;
THENCE N 79' 55' 19" E with the South line of said Lot 13-A a distance of 160.43 feet to an
iron rod found at the Southeast corner of said Lot 13-A;
THENCE North with the East line of said Lot 13-A a distance of 155.04 feet to an iron rod set
at the Northeast corner of said Lot 13-A, said rod being on a curve to the right having a radius
of 473.00 feet, said rod also being in the South Right-of-way line of Call Field Road;
THENCE with said South Right-of-way line of Call Field Road an arc distance of 7.23 feet to an
iron rod set in said Right-of-way line of Call Field Road (Chord of this segment bears N 89' 29'
50" E a distance of 7.23 feet);
THENCE S 89' 58' 00" E with said South Right-of-way line of Call Field Road a distance of 55.20
feet to on iron rod found at the Northwest corner of Lot 12, Block 7, University Park Section A-1,
as shown on plot recorded at Volume 16, Pages 32-33, Wichita County Plot Records;
THENCE S 00' 00' 56" W a distance of 479.68 feet to an iron rod found for the most Easterly
Southeast corner of said Lot 13-B, said rod also being an angle point in the North line of Lot 4,
Block 7, University Park Section A-1, as shown on plat recorded at Volume 7, Page 59, Wichita
County Plat Records;
THENCE S 89' 57' 53" W a distance of 315.72 feet to an iron rod set for the Northwest corner of
Lot 1, Block 7, University Park Section A-1;
THENCE South a distance of 170.00 feet to an iron rod found for the Southwest corner of said I_ot
1, said rod also being in the North Right-of-way line of Berm da Drive;
THENCE S 89' 49' 50" W with said North Right-of-w<:y line of Bermuda Drive a d;slance of 19.98
feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 2.73 acres of land.
