BEGINNING at a 3/8 inch iron rod found at the North corner of Lot 10, Block 14, University Park,
Section D-2 as shown on the Plat of Record in Volume 8, Page 75, Wichita County Plat Records;
THENCE S 56° 15' 30" E 124.17 feet along the Southwest line of Cape Cod Drive to a 3/8 inch iron rod
found at the beginning of a curve to the right;
THENCE in a Southeasterly direction with the curve to the right having a Radius of 355.0 feet, a
Central Angle of 010 21' 58", an Arc Length of 8.46 feet, the Chord bears S 550 59, 46" E 8.46 feet to a
3/8 inch iron rod found at the North corner of Lot 12;
THENCE S 35° 17' 03" W 162.8 feet along the Northwest line of Lot 12 to a 3/8 inch iron rod found on
the Northeast line of a 20' alley;
THENCE N 660 18' 26" W 63.48 feet along the Northeast line of the alley to a 3/8 inch iron rod found at
an angle in the alley;
THENCE N 520 44' 20" W 65.82 feet along the Northeast line of the alley to a 3/8 inch iron rod found at
the South corner of Lot 9;
THENCE N 330 43' 41" E 169.81 feet along the Southeast line of Lot 9 to the Place of Beginning. The
bearings in these Field Notes are NAD 83 Grid bearings from Solar Observations.
THEREFORE, the owners of the land shown on this plat and whose names are subscribed thereon and
in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicate to the use of the public forever all
streets, alleys, parks, water, water courses, drains, easements and public places shown thereon for
the purposes and considerations rein expressed.
