corner of Lot 9-A, said point being in the South line of North Shore Circle, a curve to the left;
THENCE Southeasterly along said curve to the left, having a radius of 175.0 feet and a central angle of
36' 52' 09% an arc distance of 112.6 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.364 acres of land.
