iron rod, N 661 45' 34" W 134.88 feet to an iron rod, and N 350 19' 16" West 255.25 feet to an iron
rod at the West corner of Lot 6;
THENCE N 540 40' 44" E 28.32 feet along the Northwest line of Lot 6 to an iron rod at the North
corner of Lot 6;
THENCE S 710 59' 25" E 137.01 feet along the North line of Lot 6 to an iron rod in the right-of-way
of North Shore Circle, a curve to the left having a radius of 50.0 feet and whose center bears
S 710 59' 25" E;
THENCE along said curve to the left an arc distance of 99.13 feet to an iron rod at the end of
said curve and the beginning of curve to the left having a radius of 175.0 feet and whose center bears
N 520 00' 32" E;
THENCE along said curve to the left an arc distance 165.61 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING
and containing 0.924 acre of land.
