also being in the North right-of-way of Ridgecrest Lane for the PLACE OF BEGINNING and the
Southwest comer of this tract;
THENCE N 34' 25' 34" E along the East line of said Lot 14 for a distance of 147.29 feet to an
iron rod found at the Northwest comer of said Lot 13 for an angle corner of this tract;
THENCE N 12' 30' 53" E along the East line of said Lot 14 for a distance of 20.71 feet to an
iron rod found at the Northeast comer of said Lot 14 for an angle comer on this tract;
THENCE N 12' 41' 16" E along the East line of Lot 9-B, Block 7, University Park, Unit 1, Section
G, as recorded in Volume 26, Page 491, Wichita County Plot Records, a distance of 112.57 feet
to an iron rod found in the South right-of-way line of North Shore Drive, said rod being in a
curve to the left with a radius of 175.00 feet, for the Northeast comer of said Lot 9-B and
the Northwest comer of this tract;
THENCE with the South right-of-way line of North Shore Drive and along said curve to the left
for an arc distance of 55.14 feet (L.C.= S 83' 07' 18" E-54.91') to an iron rod found in the
West right-of-way line of Cypress Avenue for the Northeast comer of Lot 10-B and the
Northeast comer of this tract;
THENCE S 02' 25' 04" E along said West right-of-way line of Cypress Avenue for a distance of
76.88 feet to on "x" in concrete found for an angle comer in this tract;
THENCE S 01' 19' 56" E along the West right-of-way line of said Cypress Avenue for a distance
of 43.26 feet to an iron rod found for on ell comer in this tract;
THENCE N 88' 06' 30" E along the West right-of-way line of Cypress Avenue for a distance of
5.00 feet to an iron rod found for an ell corner on this tract;
THENCE S 03' 22' 38" E along the West right-of-way line of Cypress Avenue, at 19.50 feet
pass an iron rod set for the Northeast comer of Lot 12, and continuing on same course in all a
distance of 153.85 feet to an iron rod found in the North right-of-way line of Ridgecrest Lane
for the Southeast corner of Lot 12 and the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 87' 49' 130 W along the North right-of-way line of Ridgecrest Lane a distance of
42.52 feet to an iron rod found at the beginning of a curve to the right with a radius of
300.00 feet;
THENCE continuing with the North right-of-way line of Ridgecrest Lane and along sold curve for
an arc distance of 147.44 feet (L.C.= N 78' 05' 08" W-145.96') to the PLACE OF BEGINNING
and containing 0.69 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the Owners of the land shown on this plat and whose names are subscribed
thereon and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicate to the use of the
public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places
