32 and 33, Denton County School Lands, League 1, Wichita County, Texas, said tract being more
specifically described.oy metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at a point lying in the East right-of-way line of Trinidad Drive, said point tieing
the Southwest corner of said Lot 28, Block 4, and the Northwest corner of Lot 27, of said Block
4, said point being the Southwest corner and place of beginning of this description;
Thence, along said East right-of-way line of Trinidad Drive, North "000 26' East 16.41 feet
to a point of curvature;
Thence, continuing along said East right-of-way line of Trinidad Drive, and along a 10,83
degree curve to the right, having a radius of 529.04 feet and a central angle of 180 21' 58",
a distance of 169.59 feet to a point for the Northwest corner of this tract, said point also.
being the Southeast corner of Lot 31, of said Block 4, the bearing of the tangent at said point
bears North 180 48' East;
Thence, leaving said East right-of-way line of Trinidad Drive and along the North line of said
Lot 30 and the South line of said Lot 31, South 710 12' East 141, 15 feet to a point for the Northeast
corner of this tract, said point also being the Southeast corner of said Lot 31;
Thence, South 170 48' West 23.07 feet to a point for corner;
Thence South 040 05' West 116.85 feet to a point for the Southeast corner of this tract, said point
also being the Southeast corner of said Lot 28 and the Northeast corner of said Lot 27;
Thence, along the South line of said Lot 28, and the North line of said Lot 27, North 890 34' West
146.58 feet to the place of beginning and containing 0.54 acres, more or less.
