13-A and 13-B, the perimeter of which is described by metes and bounds as follows;
BEGINNING at an iron stake set at the original N.E. corner of said Lot 13 in the South
R.O.W. line of Call Field Road.
THENCE South with the East line of said Lot 13, 479.9 ft., to an iron stake set at an
ell corner of said Lot 13.
THENCE N.89058'W., 315.8 ft.ti to an iron stake set at the N.W. corner of Lot 1, said
Block 7.
THENCE South 170.0 ft., iron stake set for the S.W. corner of said Lot 1 in the North
line of Burmuda Lane.
THENCE N.89°58'W., with the North line of Burmuda Lane, 30.0 ft., to an iron stake
set for the S.W. corner of this tract in the East R.O.W. line of Fairway Blvd.
THENCE North.with the East R.O.W. line of said Fairway Blvd., 416.9 ft., to an iron stake
set for an ell corner of this tract, and the S.W. corner of Lot 11.
THENCE N.68018'E., 135.0 ft., iron stake set for the S.E. corner of said Lot 11.

set for the N.W. corner of this tract in the South line of Call Field Road.
THENCE Northeasterly along the South R.O.W. line of said Call Field Road with a curve
