Section E-3, University Park, an addition to the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, said
tract being more specifically described by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of the above mentioned Block 20 of the Denton
County School Lands, thence South 890 48' East along the North line of said Block 20
a distance of 45.0 feet; thence South 000 05' West a distance of 35.0 feet to the
Northwest corner of the herein described tract and the place of beginning of this
description: said corner being further identified as the Northwest corner of the
above mentioned Block 16, University Park, Section E-3;
Thence South 890 48' East along the North line of said Block 16 a distance of
178.00 feet to the Northeast corner of the above mentioned Lot 5;
Thence South 000 05' West along the East line of said Lot 5 a distance of 135.59
