JMV ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
THAT Star Vista Homes, Inc., the owner of Lot 29, Block 7 of
University Park Section—S, an addition to the City of Wichita Falls,
Tens, and a tract of land lying imediately adjacent thereto and des—
cribed as:
Beginning at a point in the East line of Mistletoe
Drive, N 270 35' E 31.0 feet from the Southwest comer
of said Lot 29, Block 7, University Park Addition,
Section S. said point being the beginning of a curve
to the left;
Thence along said curve with a radius of 336.4 feet
end an ■ngle of 300 00', 76.0 feet to a point;
Thence S 380 23' E 9.0 feet to a point;
Thence S 270 35' 9 72.3 feet to the place of beginning,
do hereby declare that all of such property shall hereafter be conveyed

of Wichita Falls, and do hereby adopt the attached plat of said Lot 29
