Whereas 1, J. Phillips Cunningham, President, University Park
Corporation, am the Owner of a certain tract of land out of Blocks
15 and 22, Denton County School Land, League One, Abstract No. 58,
Wichita County, Texas, described as follows:
Beginning at a point 1878 feet North and 40 feet East of the
Southwest corner of Block 22, Denton County School Land, League One,
Abstract No. 58, Wichita County, Texas;

Thence along said curve to the right with an angle of 900-001

use forever the Streets and Easements shown thereon.
