tract being more specifically described by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at a 1/2 inch iron rod lying in the east right-of-way line of City
View Drive, said 1/2 inch iron rod bears North 00' 15' West 70.00 feet from the point
of intersection of said east right-of-way line of City View Drive and the north
right-of-way line of Wrangler Drive, said 112 inch iron rod being the southwest
corner and place of beginning of this description;
Thence along said east right-of-way line of City View Drive, North 00' 15' West
70.00 feet to a 1/2 inch iron rod being the northwest corner of said Lot 9, Block E
and also being the northwest corner of this tract;
Thence leaving said east right-of-way line and along the north line of said Lot
