Falls, Wichita County, Texas, said tract being more specifically
described by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at a 1/2" iron rod lying in the south right-of-way line
of Greenridge, said 1/2" iron rod bears South 89° 45' West 70.00 feet
from the point of intersection of said south right-of-way line of
Greenridge and the east right-of-way line of Grandview East, said 112"
iron rod being the northeast corner and place of beginning of this
description;

tract;
