A tract of land being more commonly known as the west half of Lot 6, Block "P", City
View Heights, an addition to the City of Wichita Falls, Wichita County, Texas, said
tract being more specifically described by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at a 1/2" iron rod lying in the south right-of-way line of Longview
Street, said 1/2" iron rod being the northwest corner of said Lot 6, and also being
the northwest corner and place of beginning of this description;
Thence North 89' 48' East, along said south right-of-way line of Longview
Street, a distance of 70.0 feet to a 1/2" iron rod for the northeast corner of this
tract;
Thence South 00° 12' East, leaving said south right-of-way line, a distance of
150.0 feet to a 1/211 iron rod for the southeast corner of this tract;
Thence South 89° 48' West 70.0 feet to a 1/2" iron rod for the southwest corner
of this tract;
Thence North 000 12' West 150.0 feet to the place of beginning and containing
