feet from its intersection with the South line of Longview Street, said point being the
Northeast corner of Lot 16-B as recorded in Vol. 25, Pages 184-185, Wichita County Plat Records;
THENCE in a Southeasterly direction with said curve having a radius of 117.5 feet, a central
angle of 58' 10' ?5" and an arc distance of 119.3 feet to the end of the curve;
THENCE S 18' 00' W with the West line of Lot 15-B, a distance of 170.0 feet to an iron rod;
THENCE N 720 00' W, 177.3 feet to an iron rod;
THENCE; North with West line of said Lot 16-B, a distance of 191.0 feet to an iron rod at the
Northwest corner of Lot 16-B;
THENCE East with the North line of said Lot 16-B, 143.3 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and
contai.ninq 0.94 acre of land.
THEREFORE, the owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and
in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever
all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements-pnd public places thereon shown
