N, City View Heights, an addition to the city of Wichita Falls, Wichita County,
Texas, said tract being more specifically described by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at fn iron rod lying in the West right-of-way line of Grandview
East, said iron rod bears North 00° 15' West 140.00 feet from the point of inter-
section of said West right-of-way line of Grandview East, and the North right-of-
way line of Longview, said iron rod being the Southeast corner of said Tract 1,

this description;
