described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING dt an iron stake set at the original S.E. cor. of Lot 9, in the North line of Longview (a 50.0 ft. street).
THENCE West, 490.0 ft., with the North R.O.W. line of said Longview, iron stake for cor. at the original S.W. cor. of Lot 6.
THENCE North, 140.0 ft., iron stake for cor. In the original N.W. cor. of said Lot 6.
THENCE East, 490.0 ft., iron stake for cor. at the. original N.E. cor. of Lot 9.
THENCE. South, 140.0 ft., to the place of beginning and containing 1.58 acres of land.
The owners of the land shown on this plat and whose names are subscribed hereto, and in person or through a duly authorized
agent hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets, alley, waturcourses, drains, easements, and public
