Whereas Mr. A.G Swan, P.O. Box 39, Springtown, Texas, Ph. 817-523-4459, is the owner of All of Lot 1, and the East one-half

said lots into Lots 1-A, 1-B, and 2-,%, the perimeter of which is described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron stake set at the original S.E cor, of said Lot 1, Block N, at the N.W. intersection, cor. of
Grandview East (a, 50.0 ft, street) and Longview (a 50.0 ft. street).
THENCE West, with the North R.O.W. line of Longview, 210.0 ft., iron stake for cor.
THENCE North, 140.0 ft., iron stake -far cor.
THENCE East, 21o.0 ft., iron stake for cor. in the South R.O.W. line of Grandview East.
THENCE South, with said R O.W. 140.0 ft., to the place of beginning and containing 0.68 acre of land.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and in person or through a duly authorized
agent hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets, alloys, watercourses, drains, easements, and public
