Beginning at a 2" iron reinforcing rod at the Southeast corner of Lot 13-A, Block L, City View
Heights, Wichita Falls, Wichita County, Texas; said Lot 13-A being described in the Wichita
County Plat Records, Volume 24, Page 113, Filed Feb. 7, 1980.
THENCE North 140.0 feet along the East line of Lot 13-A to a 2" iron reinforcing rod at the
Northeast corner of Lot 13-A
THENCE East 70.0 feet to a z" iron reinforcing rod
THENCE South 140.0 feet to a 2" iron reinforcing rod
THENCE West 70.0 feet to the place of beginning and containing 0.22 acres of land more or less.
