Whereas Mr. A.G. Swan, P.O. Box 39, Springtown, Texas, Ph. 817-523-4459, is the owner of the North
one-half of Lot 23 Block C, City view Heights, an addition to the City of Wichita Falls, Wichita County,
Texas; and herewith replats said lot into Lot 23-A the perimeter of which is described by metes and
bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron stake set at the ot'iginal N.W. cor. of said Lot 23 and the N.W. cor. of this lot.
THENCE East 140.0 ft. to an iron stake for cor.
THENCE South 70.0 ft. to an iron stake for cor.
THENCE. West 140.0 ft. to an iron stake set in the- west R.O.W. line of Grandview West.
THENCE North, with said R.O.W., 70.0 ft. to the place of beginning and containing 0.23 acre of land.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and in person or through a
duly authorized agent hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets, alleys, watercourses,
drains, easements, and public places thereon shown for the purpose and consideration therein expressed.
