THENCE along said Right -of -Way S 890 45' W 140.0 feet to an iron rod at its intersection with the East
Right -of -Way of Grandview West, for the Southwest corner of Lot 8;
THENCE along said East Right -of -Way of Grandview West N 006 15' W 190.0 feet to an iron rod at the North-
east corner of Lot 8;
THENCE along North line of Lot 8, N 890 45' E 140.0 feet to an iron rod at its Northeast corner;
THENCE along East line of Lot 8, S 000 15' E 150.0 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.482
acre of land.
The Owner of the land shown on this replat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and in person or
through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets, alleys,
