FIELD NOTES
A tract of land out of part of Lots 1 and 14, Block G, City View Heights, an addition to the city of Wichita Falls,
Texas, and being out of the T. Hardy Survey, A-367, Wichita County, Texas, said tract being more specifically described
by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at a point which lies in the North right—of—way line of Crestview Drive, said point bears North 890 55' West
352.00feet, South 00 15' East 470.00 feet and North 89 45' East 770,00 feet from the Northwest corner of the above
mentioned T. Hardy Survey, A-367, said point also being the Southeast corner of Lot 13, of said Block G, and the Southwest
corner of said Lot 14 and the Southwest corner and place of beginning of this description;
Thence, along the West line of said Lot 14 and the East line of said Lot 13, North 000 15' West, passing the North line
of said Lot 14 and the South line of said Lot 1 at 140.00 feet, a total distance of 167.55 feet to a point lying in the
South right-of—way line of U.S. Highway 287, said point being the Northwest corner of this tract;
Thence, along said South right—of—way line of U.S. Highway 287, North 890 56' East 70.00 feet to a point for the
Northeast corner of this tract;
Thence, leaving said South right—of—way line, South 000 15' East, passing the South line of said Lot 1 and the North
line of said Lot 14 at 27,28 feet, a total distance of 167.28 feet to a point lying io said North right—of—way line of
Crestview Drive, for the Southeast corner of this tract;
Thence, along said North right—of—way line and along the South line of said Lot 14, South 890 45' West 70,00 feet to
