in Volume 6, Page 145, Wichita County Plat Records, said point also being in the East Right -of -Way
of City View Drive,
THENCE N 000 15' W along said East Right -of -Way 70.0 feet to an iron rod;
THENCE N 890 45' E 140.0 feet to an iron rod in East line of Lot 13;
THENCE S 00' 15' E along East line of Lot 13, 70.0 feet to an iron rod at the Southeast corner of
Lot 13;
THENCE S 890 45' W along the South line of Lot 13, 140.0 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing
0.225 acre of land.
The Owner of the land shown on this replat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and in person
or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets,
alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the purposes and
consideration therein expressed.
